To occupy office space at ii, your business must fulfil ii's membership criteria. It must be disrupting existing business models or creating new products or services using disruptive technology. It must have ambition to scale and must be committed to participating fully in the ii's innovation ecosystem.
The process starts with a talk with ii's innovation manager. Please contact ii to schedule an in-person or virtual meet-up.

Hybrid Working Space

Enjoy the benefits of working in our collaborative space 2 days a week. Our innovation manager will showcase ii’s facilities to you, introduce you to other ii members and enlighten you as to how emerging technologies could be incorporated into your business. We will also provide you with a deeper insight into the projects, technologies, and interactions ongoing within the ii ecosystem.

You don't have to be an ii member to try out our brand new, state-of-the-art co-working space. Book a hot desk! It's flexible, cost-effective and will boost your productivity while also offering opportunities for networking. Our facilities are collaboratively designed, well-equipped and tailored to your needs. You'll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and all the amenities you need - including a monitor and free tea and coffee!
